InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration

February 9-10-11, 2024

The focus for today (and the weekend) is:

I have the courage to make changes in my life.

Today's inspiration was written by Steven Washington:

Without a doubt, taking steps to change our life takes courage.

In some ways, it can seem easier not to change and to go on doing the same destructive things we're accustomed to. At least these are familiar, and there is perceived safety in what is known.

Stepping into the unknown and beyond the constraints we have created for ourselves is no small feat, but it is a worthwhile effort.

Today's inspiration was adapted from the article:
Coping Strategies When Keeping a New Habit Becomes Difficult
     Written by Steven Washington.

This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of, wishing you a day of being willing to make changes (today and every day)

Comment from Marie:
Change can be scary as we don't know how it will turn out. But we do know what staying in a rut will provide... the same old, same old. So, making changes is a way of loving our Self and being true to our future self.

Our focus for today (and the weekend): I have the courage to make changes in my life.
